This historic and characterful ground-floor warehouse apartment (45m²) is located in the heart of Alkmaar’s historic city centre, right along the canal, with charming shops, boutiques, and restaurants just around the corner. A cozy and inviting stay in a former wallpaper factory, with easy access via self check-in using a smart lock.
Upon entering the apartment, you are welcomed into the ground-floor living area featuring a cozy window bar with stunning views over one of Alkmaar’s most beautiful canals. Boats pass by throughout the day, including the traditional cheese boat during the cheese market season.
From the living area, you enter the fully equipped kitchen and dining space, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, toaster, and more.

- There is no air conditioning in this historic building.
- Guests may also stay in the apartment above, and you might hear them.

- Extra guests without prior approval are not allowed and constitute a violation, which will result in eviction.
