This spacious and characterful two-level warehouse apartment (100m²) is located on the first and second floors of a former wallpaper factory, right along one of Alkmaar’s most beautiful canals. Situated in the heart of the historic city centre, you are within walking distance of charming boutiques, shops, restaurants, and the iconic Waag Tower.
Upon entering via self check-in with a smart lock, you arrive on the first floor, where you will find a bright and inviting living area. The French balcony offers lovely views over the canal and towards the Waag Tower. The open-plan kitchen with a central island is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, and kettle.

- Guests have access to the entire 100m² apartment.
- The apartment is available for 2-4 people. (maximum of 6 upon request – 140 cm sofa bed)
- Please note that this is a city center location and there may be city noise from outside.
- There is no air conditioning in this historic building.
- Another residence is located below the apartment — we kindly ask guests to be mindful of this and keep noise levels low in the evening hours.
- Available and reachable for questions.
- Minimum age is 18 years. Available for couples, families, and friends for recreational use, as well as business travelers.
- Extra guests without prior approval are not allowed and constitute a violation, which will result in eviction.
- Guests must always be considerate of the neighbors.
- Long-term rental is allowed.
- Late check-out is allowed; please ask about the conditions.
- No elevator available, access is via stairs.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service dogs.
- Smoking is prohibited.
- Illegal activities (related to drugs or prostitution) are strictly prohibited. In case of violation or suspicion of illegal activities, the police will be contacted immediately.
